Welcome to Kathy's Embroidery & Alterations! I offer custom sewing and machine embroidery. Services offered are: Smaller embroidery projects. (Call, text or email for specifics) Cost is by stitch count. Alterations & General Sewing: Zipper replacement or repair on most garments with a zipper. (Exclusions to zipper work include items such as backpacks, boots, heavy canvas type jackets and jackets that have a snap close to the zipper) I hem all types of clothing, curtains, etc, create and repair cushion covers and do sewing of all kinds. I make memory bears and t-shirt quilts. Unfortunately I no longer alter wedding dresses.
Feel free to drop off your sewing projects in my drop off/pick up box anytime. Be sure to attach your name and number along with any instructions I might need.
Because I am not open to walk ins, select fittings will need an appointment.
When your order is complete, I will contact you with the total, then you let me know when you'd like to pick up your order. At which time I'll place it in the deck box for you.
Prices vary depending on garment and work done. Approximate pricing:
Hemming pants/jeans $15-$20
Hemming dresses/tops $15-$30
Zipper replacement $35-$55
